Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through strong time management and adaptability. * This posting is an ongoing opportunity. Interested individuals can share their interest for future roles in selected cities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build and maintain customer partnerships, understand needs, recommend solutions, and use Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay informed on industry trends, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to maintain records, generate reports, and track key metrics. Team Collaboration:

Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily outbound cold-calling from the office. Professional communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
