Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM for performance management and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability. * This posting is an ongoing opportunity. It allows interested individuals to express interest for future roles in various cities when they become available. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and execute a sales plan targeting outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build long-term partnerships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions, tracking interactions via Salesforce. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:

Offer competitive pricing and solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to track sales activities and generate reports to monitor progress. Team Collaboration:

Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support team members as needed.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

Persistent & Driven: Motivated to achieve results despite challenges. Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs. Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tracking tools. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or experience at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound calling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
