Boston North Shore Pay Range:
$65,000/year (fixed) The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, securing new accounts, and working with the Director of Sales to meet revenue and market share targets. Responsibilities include soliciting new business, maintaining client relationships, and participating in sales activities relevant to the propertys focus (Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF). Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; hotel sales experience preferred. Valid drivers license. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with excellent organization. Responsibilities
Achieve sales and revenue targets. Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients. Develop and grow client relationships within assigned segments. Monitor market trends and maintain visibility in the community. Adhere to company standards and participate in promotional activities. Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned. Benefits
