Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES) Requirements Analyst
TJFACT is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in support of JCIDS, Tradoc Capability Manager Live (TCM LIVE), and US Army Training Support Center (ATSC) at Ft. Eustis, VA. This role supports analysis of capabilities and requirements for TES programs and may involve producing JCIDS documents (ICD, A-CDD, CDD) based on development level and Army investment decisions. The analyst will assist with Integrate Product Teams (IPTs), developing MOE, MOS, and MOPs, and standards throughout the system lifecycle to support LTE instrumentation for current and future force.
The effort is aligned with DoD and Army mandates to provide comprehensive analysis and fielding by capturing and documenting existing and new capabilities and requirements throughout the system lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities Shall, in coordination with the Governments Live Training Specialists and Architects, define the TES CONOPS and codify live training requirements for a TES capability into JCIDS documents. Depict RTCA/tactical engagement simulation requirements to enable the Army to develop a comprehensive, configurable, and manageable approach for a single TES system that spans broad to specific LTE requirements. Prepare capability and gap assessment documents with coherent strategy for an instrumentation system that supports the Army Training Strategy. Research, analyze, write, and track JCIDS documentation, specifically KPPs, KSAs, APAs and all other elements required to complete JCIDS or Non-JCIDS documentation IAW CJCSI 3170.01. Direct JCIDS or Non-JCIDS documents through final staffing stages to receive a CARDS assignment, respond to queries and revisions, and support Milestone B decisions; complete follow-on CDDs and related documentation for Milestone C production decisions. Verify and use data from the LT2-FTS ICD and other applicable analyses.
Required Skills and Experience
Active clearance status. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of DoDAF experience and five (5) years of Requirements experience. Experience, training, and credentials to develop, staff, and finalize requirements staffing packets IAW regulatory guidance and JCIDS process. Ability to integrate military doctrine and tactics into JCIDS documents and supporting analyses/appendices. DAU courses knowledge: CLR 101, RQM 110, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252 (as listed); additional CTC experience is a plus.
