Field Technician

to join their team supporting the Miami, FL area. This tech will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer. The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server, and Printer equipment. Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Desktops, Laptops, and Printers Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience Strong hardware break-fix experience LaserJet break fix experience Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) Must be personable as there will be interaction with a wide range of users and environments Can work on a ladder or lift and able to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work under general supervision Able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekends Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position CompTIA A+ preferred OEM Printer Warranty Certifications preferred OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications preferred Server experience would be a bonus Wage Range

The rate for this position is between

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
