We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in account management within the staffing industry and a proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Account Management:
Oversee and manage national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met. Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on account performance, including headcount, revenue, and gross margins. Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with client accounts. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree desired but not required Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management within the staffing industry. Up to 80% travel Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, Iowa; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL Proven track record of managing large, national accounts. Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
