DigitalOcean . We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead our Data Analytics offerings and deliver developer, data scientist, and data engineer experiences with AI-led analytics capabilities, while preserving core values of simplicity and cost-effectiveness. What Youll Do

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-led analytics workloads. Collaborate with engineering and design to bring new features and experiences to market, focusing on developer simplicity, performance, and scalability. Engage with customers directly to gather feedback, validate solutions, and guide product decisions and prioritization. Analyze usage data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and shape a balanced product strategy. Write clear product requirements and specifications, ensuring cross-team alignment and driving execution from concept through launch. Represent the product internally and externally, sharing the roadmap with stakeholders and enabling go-to-market success. Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating goals, timelines, and rationale clearly across the company. Continuously iterate and improve existing features based on feedback, performance metrics, and strategic shifts. What Youll Add To DigitalOcean

10+ years of product management experience with a focus on cloud platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure products. Strong technical depthunderstand modern data warehouses, lakehouse architecture, data catalogs, and metadata; fluency in analytics applications built at scale. Proven ability to build products for technical users (data scientists, data engineers, developers) with strong UX intuition in complex environments. Track record of delivering high-impact products from concept to launch, including ownership of roadmaps, prioritization, and success metrics. Customer-focused mindset with direct experience translating insights into product improvements. Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and align diverse teams. Data-informed and outcomes-oriented, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and measure success. Bachelors degree in a technical or business field; advanced degree is a plus but not required.
