Marketing Assistant with a focus on managing lead gen and branding vendors

What You’ll Do
Work directly with Blake Van Leer to manage pitch decks, presentations, and investor materials
Own his calendar, book meetings with Fortune 500 execs and top Hollywood agencies
Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and investor calls
Draft high-level correspondence, proposals, and internal reports
Arrange detailed travel itineraries and act as his right hand across personal and professional needs
Marketing & Growth Ops
Set up CRM and sales tech stacks (Hubspot, HighLevel, etc.)
Manage marketing automation tools and oversee A/B testing
Research, vet, and onboard third-party vendors or agencies
Build reports from marketing platforms (Meta, Google, analytics tools)
Coordinate landing page builds, email flows, and lead funnels
Contribute to social and PR efforts (copywriting, press releases, basic design)
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years supporting a high-level executive or founder
Tech-savvy: Experience with CRM, analytics, email marketing, and task tools (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)
Strong writing skills (bonus if you can craft SEO or PR-style copy)
Organized, solution-oriented, and able to think fast under pressure
Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and brand activations
Bonus points: Background in marketing, comms, design, or startup ops
Tools & Skills That Impress Us
Hubspot, Salesforce, or HighLevel
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio
Excel wizardry / data cleaning and pivot tables
WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML experience
