About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own campaigns from concept to conversion, managing private equity capital-raise initiatives that attract, educate, and convert accredited investors. This role blends creative marketing execution with data-driven strategy. You’ll coordinate across our design, CRM, and ad operations teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns that move investors from first impression to committed capital. Key Responsibilities
Manage Capital Raise Campaigns:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for private equity and real estate offerings, from creative brief through post-launch reporting. Client-Facing Strategy : Interface directly with clients (fund managers, syndicators, developers) to understand investment goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans. Creative Coordination : Work with internal and external creative teams on ad copy, design, video, and PR packages that align with brand voice and regulatory standards. Email Marketing & Automation : Build and manage investor journeys, nurture campaigns, and drip sequences within our CRM system (GoHighLevel-based). Ad Campaign Management : Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring performance optimization and compliance. Social Media & Content Oversight : Direct organic and paid strategies for brand positioning and investor engagement. Performance Reporting : Analyze campaign data, track investor funnel metrics, and present insights that drive continuous improvement. Collaboration : Partner closely with CRM developers, designers, and account managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Qualifications
4+ years experience in digital marketing , preferably in financial services, private equity, real estate investing, or wealth management. Demonstrated
success managing multi-channel campaigns
end-to-end. Strong understanding of email automation, lead funnels, and investor journey mapping . Experience working with creative teams and managing designers, videographers, and writers. Competent with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills —
YOU WILL BE CLIENT-FACING AND NEED TO SPEAK CONFIDENTLY WITH EXECUTIVES AND INVESTORS. (Bonus) Familiarity with SEC/FINRA compliance, Reg D offerings, and investment marketing regulations. (Bonus) CRM experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms. Who You Are
