In this role, youll go beyond reporting technical performance to help leaders see the direct impact AI is making on the KPIs that matter most. Youll be at the center of multiple AI initiatives, with the opportunity to shape how success is measured and communicated across the business. Design and deliver reporting and dashboards that highlight both technical performance and business impact Build a deep understanding of current and upcoming AI capabilities to tie metrics directly to outcomes Support multiple AI initiatives by defining needs and delivering adaptable, end-to-end solutions Lead in defining domain technical roadmaps with architecture and leadership. Take ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes/systems within domain for each project assigned Partner across domain IT teams for alignment and impact analysis. Proactively reviews domain for risk and mitigations before they become critical. Keep stakeholders, management and project managers advised of team activities and work-plan status Identify and communicate project risks, team project status to team leads, project managers, and leadership Identify improvements to project efficiency, speed and quality within domain and make recommendations to team leaders Facilitate sessions to solicit and document requirements (e.g. creation of user stories) Technical Writing & Communications Translate business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, and low-level design documents Assist in the development of design specifications and deliverables that support system functions and improvements Lead analysis and translation of business, information, and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs on projects with moderate complexity Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provide education on potential process and system solution options, and drive business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities Serve as a mentor to assist junior technical analysts and lead contractors and manage their day-to-day activities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

4-7 years related work experience (Required) Understanding of current AI trends and solutions Software development experience with integration and delivery practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies (Required) Architecture experience with microservice-based service architectures with their components and supporting database technologies SCRUM (Required) Integration (Required) Mentoring (Required) Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. (Required) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel & Regulated

Base Pay Range: $92,100 - $166,100 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. Benefits
