About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Upper Learning, equivalent to an Upper School Principal, to lead its vibrant, student-centered, and intellectually rich secondary school community. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for overseeing the entire Upper Learning academic, co-curricular, and student life program. This pivotal role involves guiding a community of 270-320 students and 40-50 faculty members, and is dedicated to developing insightful and engaged thinkers. The Head of Upper Learning will be tasked with leading faculty development, instructional excellence, and curriculum advancement, including Advanced Placement preparation and experiential learning initiatives.
