We are seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacist to join our team full-time in Wisconsin. This position offers a stable MondayFriday schedule with limited weekend rotation and no holiday coverage.

Monday Friday, alternating 10-hour shifts
Every 4th Saturday, 5-hour shift
Closed Sundays and holidays
Responsibilities Accurately fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions
Provide patient counseling and administer vaccines
Perform and/or supervise pharmaceutical compounding activities
Offer clinical pharmacy services including medical history collection, therapeutic drug monitoring, and drug information support
Oversee inventory control, ordering, receiving, and stocking medications
Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns
Support departmental quality control and accreditation standards
Requirements Professional Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
Active Wisconsin pharmacist license
BLS certification
1+ year of retail pharmacy experience
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and clinical skills
Proficiency with pharmacy systems and technology
