Soliant Health is seeking a versatile and motivated Staff Pharmacist for a permanent hybrid role in a dynamic hospital setting in beautiful Central Pennsylvania. Responsibilities: Review and enter medication orders with accuracy and clinical appropriateness
Dispense medications and provide timely drug information
Perform drug therapy monitoring, sterile compounding, and preparation of high-risk drugs, including chemotherapy
Provide oversight in the sterile compounding area
Document clinical activities using pharmacy systems and surveillance tools
Conduct pharmacist-managed consults and collaborative practice-based interventions in ambulatory settings (as applicable)
Ideal Candidate: PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
PGY1 residency
or
at least 3 years of current clinical experience
Active PA pharmacist license or the ability to obtain one
Comfortable with inpatient and/or ambulatory workflows
Familiar with Meditech or similar EMR systems
