Employment Type: Temporary, 3 months
Summary:
A corporate office in downtown Seattle seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide general office and clerical support. This role will report to the Office Manager and assist a team of 10–15 employees.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet office visitors
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Prepare correspondence and maintain filing systems
Order office supplies and handle mail distribution
Provide support with expense reporting
Qualifications:
1+ year of office or reception experience
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a professional setting
Compensation: $21–23/hr
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
