About Cal.com

Cal.com is building the scheduling infrastructure for the world. We help individuals, teams, and enterprises book time without friction, used by Deel, Notion, Framer, and AngelList. Were an async-focused team working across 10+ time zones. We prioritize autonomy, transparency, and building scalable systems for both our users and our team.

About the Role

Were hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to work directly with the CEO in founding a brand new sales and marketing team in NYC. Historically, Cal.com has relied on product-led growth to reach 500k users, >$10M bookings, and a range of enterprise customers, but we are founding a brand new team to accelerate growth. This role will be incredibly dynamic, creative, and autonomous. You and a small team will take ownership of Cal.coms revenue, conversion, and funnels, moving fast to influence new direction in the company with the CEO working directly alongside you in the office. The majority of the team is remote, but you will work in-person in our brand-new NYC office, collaborating in the same room to brainstorm and whiteboard ideas.

What Youll Do
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and content
  • Build out lifecycle marketing flows that convert leads into demos and signups
  • Own key funnel metrics: MQLs, CAC, LTV, conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with the AE team to ensure leads are high intent and sales-ready
  • Run A/B tests and experiments across landing pages, signup flows, and CTAs
  • Create marketing assets (with help from designers/writers as needed)
  • Manage and expand the marketing stack
  • Have a holistic view across inbound signups, sales pipeline, self-serve upgrades, and funnels
  • Set up AI and automation to improve efficiency
  • Increase ARR, reduce churn, and improve conversion
What Were Looking For
  • 34 years in growth, performance, or full-funnel B2B marketing
  • Experience in a SaaS or product-led environment
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Framer, Google Ads, GA4, Figma, or similar
  • Understanding of how a B2B funnel works
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track, test, and scale
  • Experience running paid campaigns and outbound sequences directly or with others
  • Comfort marketing products that are technical and design-sensitive
  • Thrives in an early-stage startup with minimal bureaucracy
  • Fast mover who executes quickly
  • Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, iterating team
Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or scheduling space
  • Experience taking a holistic view across sales and GTM
