Responsibilities: Serve as supervising pharmacist / pharmacist-in-charge, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and board of pharmacy regulations.
Oversee all pharmacy operations, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, third-party administration, and inventory management.
Manage and guide pharmacy support staff, conducting performance reviews and ensuring compliance with policies and training requirements.
Provide patient-centered services including immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs.
Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medications, dosing, side effects, and drug interactions while monitoring patient outcomes.
Support business development efforts in the store and community.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
Participate in continuous quality improvement and complete required continuing education.
Requirements: New York Pharmacist license in good standing
Immunization certification and ability to administer all vaccines
Prior Pharmacy Manager experience (preferred, but will consider experienced pharmacists)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to relocate, if not local (relocation offered for permanent hire)
