Variable with some evenings required Typical Hours:
4x10 or 4x12 schedules (i.e. 8am-8pm) What Youll Do
Serve as the supervising pharmacist/pharmacist-in-charge with the New York State Board of Pharmacy.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
Direct day-to-day pharmacy operations, including budgeting, payroll, inventory control, scheduling, and third-party administration to meet financial and performance goals.
Lead business development initiatives within the store and surrounding community.
Recruit, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to company standards.
Deliver patient-centered care, including immunizations, wellness programs, and medication therapy management (MTM).
Provide expert counseling to patients and healthcare providers regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, and proper therapy monitoring.
Uphold a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment while supporting continuous quality improvement efforts.
Complete all required professional education and company training.
Qualifications
Active and clear New York Pharmacist license.
Immunization certification and ability to administer all vaccines.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with experience managing pharmacy staff and operations.
