We are looking for experienced Lead Technicians who are ready to take charge of large-scale CAT5/CAT6 cabling projects in commercial environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll oversee structured cabling teams, drive quality, and serve as the go-to contact on-site. What Youll Do Lead structured cabling projects (CAT5, CAT6) with full ownership of quality and compliance (BICSI, TIA/EIA). Supervise and mentor field technicianssharing knowledge, best practices, and safety-first leadership. Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber network cabling using industry-standard tools (Fluke testers, etc.). Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on time and within scope. Review blueprints/schematics, plan installations, and ensure professional routing, dressing, and documentation. Maintain a safe job site while upholding OSHA and company safety standards. What Were Looking For 5+ years of structured cabling experience (CAT5/CAT6) in large commercial settings. Proven leadership experience guiding and managing installation teams. Strong technical skills in cable termination, testing, troubleshooting, and QC. Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and work both independently and with cross-functional teams. Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces. Willing and able to travel nationwide (100% travel required). Preferred BICSI certification (Installer, Technician, or RCDD).
