Infosys is seeking a
Principal SAP ISU Device Management Consultant . As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key member of the consulting team responsible for discovering and defining problems, evaluating solutions, and making recommendations. Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to design, conducting conference room pilots, resolving queries related to requirements and design, conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with client budgets and organizational guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer to ensure value-added consulting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education.
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
Ability to travel to project/client locations, specifically Miami, FL.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation & support, specifically in Billing and Device Management modules.
Experience in Electricity (preferred), Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
Experience with AMS.
At least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation including requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, testing, and production issue resolution.
Strong client-facing skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of ITSM processes, SLA, KPI, etc.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in advanced Excel-based SAP ISU data analysis.
Ability to coordinate work between offshore and onsite teams.
The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
