10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years as a CMO in a high-growth environment.

Proven track record of designing and implementing marketing strategies that drove significant, measurable growth and market presence.
Experience leading and managing large, globally distributed teams.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in modern marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
High financial acumen to manage budgets, forecast needs, and optimize ROI.
Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing market landscape.
Proficiency in interpreting complex data and distilling it into clear, actionable strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for a broad audience of HR, Legal, and Finance professionals, and maintain the company’s brand identity and consistent messaging across B2B and B2C touchpoints.
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, demand generation, and promotional activities, for both enterprise and consumer segments.
Champion the customer, ensuring their needs are understood and met across all marketing efforts to build loyalty and repeat business.
Utilize data-driven insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with sales, product development, and finance to create seamless customer journeys and achieve shared outcomes.
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver strong ROI.
Develop, implement, and oversee a marketing communications and public relations plan that aligns with the company’s overall business strategy. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers and manage the company’s social media and content strategy.
