Remote Customer Service Representative

to join their team. This role involves

high-volume inbound calls ,

order processing , and

customer support

for medical professionals. Ideal candidates are

detail-oriented ,

tech-savvy , and thrive in a

fast-paced ,

environment. Key Responsibilities

Handle ~72 inbound calls/day Process orders for products and services Provide order status updates and resolve inquiries Communicate via phone, email, and chat Update customer records in

CRM

and

ERP

systems Notify customers of out-of-stock items Participate in training and occasional overtime Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years of

call center customer service

experience Strong

verbal and written communication

skills Ability to

multitask

across systems while on calls Experience with

Salesforce ,

Outlook ,

Word , and

Excel

preferred B2B customer service

experience is a plus Must have a

quiet workspace

and

reliable internet Must be able to work training schedule M-F 8 to 4:30
