The company is seeking an IT Account Manager / Client Success Manager with a minimum of five years' experience in technology services or consulting. The position involves managing client relationships, supporting technical excellence, and contributing to a collaborative work culture.
Job Description
The Account Manager role serves as the primary relationship manager for iCorps' clients, focusing on facilitating initiatives, supporting solution adoption, and assisting clients in aligning IT with their business objectives.
This role involves collaborating with client stakeholders and internal consulting and technical teams to connect business needs with technical execution. The Account Manager will guide discussions, identify opportunities, and address barriers to support successful project outcomes and ongoing client engagement.
Key Responsibilities • Serve as the main relationship manager for assigned accounts, promoting client satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure project progress. • Lead quarterly business reviews and client meetings to gather feedback, report on progress, and identify potential opportunities. • Develop and present technology plans addressing cloud adoption strategies, AI integration, and cybersecurity updates. • Recognize opportunities for clients to utilize additional value from iCorps' IT services. • Advocate for clients by escalating issues when required and ensuring they are resolved. • Maintain awareness of client environments, objectives, and challenges to support effective planning.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • At least 5 years of account management, client success, or sales experience within IT services, managed services, or technology consulting. • Demonstrated ability in client retention, satisfaction, and account growth. • Skill in building relationships at executive levels and facilitating technology adoption. • Awareness of current trends in cloud adoption, AI, and cybersecurity. • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
