Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will join an energetic sales team to provide support to our Sales & Account Managers across international and domestic territories. Sales orders include a wide variety of information services, including but not limited to, database purchases and subscriptions, serial subscriptions, academic library approval plans, governmental and other public contracts and tenders, and data deliveries and feeds. This position is in-person. Job Duties:
Create and maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Support US-based and international sales reps with documentation, assistance with order forms and license agreements; reports; quotes; proposals; and other order documentation. Vet and delegate daily incoming inquiries by territory or service Team with Marketing to coordinate campaigns; support sales reps to execute quick campaigns in MS CRM to generate opportunities. Liaise with Customer Service and product managers to support trials, demos, and expedite resolution of account issues. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma, plus three (1-3) years of Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Research Library or similar experience is a minimum. 1-3 years' experience using MS Dynamics 365 CRM for sales or marketing, preferred Experience in an academic or other research library, archive, publishing, or scholarly research a definite plus. Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, Outlook and Excel is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is essential. Knowledge of Chinese, Russian, Arabic (or other non-English language) a plus Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
