Schedule:

Monday-Friday, training 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time (approx. 6 weeks), then flexible M-F schedule as agreed with business

Position Summary: As a Pharmacy Benefit Call Center Representative, you will assist members by answering inbound calls related to their pharmacy benefit plans. You will help members understand prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescription options. This role provides opportunities to service multiple clients and call types as the business evolves, allowing you to expand your healthcare knowledge and open doors to additional opportunities within the company.

Work From Home Eligibility:

Must maintain your own internet with approved speeds Must have a secure workspace free from distractions Must successfully complete a comprehensive virtual training program (minimum 6 weeks) Must adhere to HIP nd governmental compliance standards

Training:

Virtual training includes hands-on learning, self-paced modules, interaction with trainers, and leadership engagement from day one Training location may vary based on experience, with options for onsite and WFH Flexible scheduling options post-training, including potential for split shifts

Key Duties:

Assist members with pharmacy benefit questions via inbound calls Explain prescription insurance coverage and mail order prescription processes Provide solutions to simplify members' healthcare experiences Adapt to changing client needs and call types Learn and apply healthcare knowledge continuously

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year customer interaction experience (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, military) Proficient in Windows-based computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience Positive and productive problem-solving ability Patient and empathetic communication style with a genuine desire to improve customer quality of life Reliable and compliant with scheduling Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
