Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with students in a K-12 school environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet varied student needs Location: Burnsville, MN Position Type: Contract, school-year duration (NSY) This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and social development of students through specialized speech and language support.
