Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations. Participate in meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of therapy programs. Qualifications: Valid COTA certification and licensure as required by California. Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
