## Job Description# Business Analyst* Partner with project managers to ensure alignment with business goals.* Assist in developing project charters, work breakdown structures, and performance metrics.* Support organizational change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.* Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys.* Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including process maps, BRDs, customer journey maps, and functional specifications.* Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.* Define project goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with strategic priorities.* Serve as liaison between business units, IT, and project managers to ensure communication and alignment.* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to validate solutions, resolve conflicts, and address risks.* Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.* Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.* Track and report project outcomes and performance, ensuring delivery of intended benefits.* Develop dashboards and reports for insights into project performance and strategic alignment.* Perform additional duties as assigned.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.* 2–5 years of experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation/documentation, and planning/design documentation.* Strong communication skills including facilitation, summarization, and executive presentation skills.* Experience with project governance frameworks, business and data analysis, and project reporting.* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with a strategic and conceptual mindset.* Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.* Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Master’s degree or graduate coursework.* Experience with SNOW SPM or other project management tools.* Experience with customer experience mapping, user stories, use cases, and test cases.* High-level process and technical understanding of business systems, including IT service management, networking, and virtualization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
