Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Office & Construction Site Office)

Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance across our head office and construction site offices. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; setting up IT systems for site offices; and ensuring smooth connectivity for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance across head office and construction site offices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up IT systems for site offices
• Ensure smooth connectivity for daily operations
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Maintain LAN/WAN/VPN connections
• Manage Microsoft 365 tools
• Ensure data backup and cybersecurity
• Coordinate with vendors for IT requirements
• Regularly visit site offices to provide hands-on support

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
• 0–4 years’ IT support experience (construction/project environment preferred)
• Knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Working Hours & Conditions

8:00 AM start, with working hours following project site conditions. Based at head office with frequent site office visits
