This candidate will handle all types of personal injury litigation matters including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, etc.
*Duties*
* Represent clients in personal injury litigation matters * Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial. * Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
*Qualifications*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Licensed to practice law in the State of California. * 5 to 15 years of litigation experience. * Proven track record in personal injury litigation cases * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of successful settlements. * Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. * Commitment to professional stability and growth. * Speaking Spanish is a plus
