*What You’ll Do:* * Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop strong case strategies. * Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. * Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. * Negotiate settlements and agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. * Provide strategic legal advice and guidance tailored to each client’s needs. * Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to build compelling cases. * Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
*What We’re Looking For:* * *Juris Doctor (J.D.)* from an accredited law school are preferred. * *Licensed to practice law in California.* * *Proven litigation experience* in a law firm setting. * Strong legal research skills and proficiency with *Westlaw and LexisNexis*. * Exceptional *written and verbal communication* skills. * Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice. * Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in working with international clients. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management skills. * Ability to work both *independently* and as a team member.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
