2nd Shift Shipping Clerk Lead
We are seeking a skilled Shipping Lead for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) at a large metal finishing company located in Santa Ana, CA. This position offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Responsibilities Oversee employee activities and perform general warehouse duties as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and process improvements. Support process improvements and any other form of inventory management. Utilize RF Scanners and ERP systems to ensure efficient operations. Essential Skills High School diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year experience in shipping operations. Proficiency in using RF Scanners and ERP systems. Forklift operation experience. Ability to plan, organize, and direct work efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous warehouse experience with specialized functions. Knowledge of ERP systems, with Syteline preferred. Ability to learn and apply department processes under time constraints. Good interpersonal skills. 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse manufacturing environment. Exceptional follow-through and dependability. Work Environment The role is based in a manufacturing facility with multiple buildings and departments focused on metal finishing processes.
