Work model:
On-Site 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday What you will do:
Manage and resolve complex securities and cash-related activities Address and resolve inquiries and customer complaints with professionalism Evaluate and process complex, time-sensitive documentation Draft, update, and maintain departmental procedures Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments to complete cross-functional tasks Create department-level reports from diverse data sources Offer training and support to junior staff as needed Provide support coverage for other operational desks Maintain frequent and effective customer interaction with limited supervision Guarantee the accurate and timely completion of daily processing Uphold risk management and compliance standards Complete system setup and account maintenance activities What you will need to be successful:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred) 3-5+ years of customer service, business processing, financial services, or operations experience Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Effective multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing of tasks Strong decision-making skills with the ability to be proactive and work independently Benefits overview:
