Work model:
Hybrid 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM What you will do: Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Conduct outreach to providers and members to support program needs Schedule and reschedule assessments, troubleshoot issues, and handle general administrative tasks Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within required timeframes Prepare and distribute correspondence according to contract standards Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and improve processes Provide technical and administrative support for internal tools and applications Actively contribute to a positive team culture and company goals What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and triage issues effectively Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Typing speed of 50+ WPM Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus, but not required Benefits overview:
