Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Work model:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 3 days per week What you will do:
Welcome and guide all visiting clients, customers, and vendors Handle incoming calls from clients, customers, and vendors with professionalism Assist with various office functions, including scheduling, email coordination, internal communications, planning, and travel arrangements Deliver outstanding customer service by investigating and resolving issues as they arise Monitor office supplies through regular inventory reviews and placing orders as needed Support accounting tasks such as data entry Prepare documents, including change orders, subcontracts, bid forms, job files, purchase orders, and billings, as assigned Generate packing slips upon request Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, as directed Collaborate effectively with team members and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization Uphold a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style to maintain a polished office environment What you will need to be successful:
