CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM (4x10-hour shifts)

• No call, float, or weekend requirements

• Patient ratio of 1:1

• 10 hours of unit orientation required

• Must wear royal blue scrubs

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Must have Siemens CT scanner experience as you will be working independently

• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS

• Experience with PACS system and Epic documentation required

• Must be proficient in various CT procedures including abdomen/pelvis with and without contrast, chest imaging, head and neck studies, spine and musculoskeletal imaging

• Skills required include multiplanar reconstruction, ROI measurement, contrast administration, radiation safety, and starting peripheral IVs

• Work with adult acute care, emergency department, and pediatric acute care patients

• Must complete isolation precautions and venipuncture procedures

• Interview required before offer - must provide availability within 72 hours of submission

• NC or Compact license required at start

• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or 60 hours per week per fatigue policy

• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually

This medical center operates as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing acute care services with advanced imaging capabilities. The facility features 48 beds and serves patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The imaging department utilizes state-of-the-art Siemens CT equipment and maintains interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy services.
