Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work night shifts Monday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (4x10 hour shifts)
• Block schedule required with no floating between units
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Work independently as the only CT/Radiology technologist on shift
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with daily census of 8-10 patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• New Mexico license required (compact license accepted)
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT
• Must be comfortable working with all age groups: neonate through geriatric patients
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration required
• Must be proficient with PACS systems and multiple equipment types including GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba
• Perform various CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, cervical, and lumbar imaging
• Handle musculoskeletal trauma cases and starting peripheral IVs
• Equipment includes Siemens Somatom.go.top 128, GE X-ray rooms, and GE portable units
• 80 hours of orientation provided
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays
• Complete pre-start modules averaging 16 hours
• Background checks with no hits accepted by facility
