Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Variable start times: 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or Mid shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 5x8-hour shifts per week

• Weekend coverage required every other weekend

• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

• 40 hours of orientation required

• Must have minimum 1 year of experience

• Travel experience required

• Required certifications: ARRT with CT, BLS, CRT Fluoroscopy

• California license must be in hand prior to submission

• LA fire card within the last 30 days required

• Must be able to float between all facilities within the state

• Epic charting system experience required

• Work with Philips Big Bore 16 and Brilliance 64 scanners

• Provide CT imaging for both inpatients and outpatients in comprehensive stroke center

• Skills include 3D rendering, contrast studies, trauma imaging, and interventional procedures

• Support emergency department and various specialized procedures

• Preferred experience with MAKO protocols, CTA Coronary, and general interventional procedures

Facility:

This acute care hospital is a beachside facility with 266 total staffed beds and 234 operational beds. The facility operates as a certified comprehensive stroke center providing comprehensive medical services. The hospital utilizes Epic charting system and offers interdisciplinary support including IV teams, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and transportation services. The facility specializes in various procedures including ablations, angiograms, kyphoplasty, and interventional radiology services such as biopsies, drains, and ablations.
