Tier 1 Background Investigation - National Agency Check with Law and Credit Check, and fingerprints. (Standard Form 85). Estimate Pay : $110,000 to $125,000 (negotiable) Type of Employment:
40 hours per week. Period of Performance:
01 November 2025 31 October 2030 (Option to Extend Services) Employee Paid Group Benefits Offered:
Health/Dental/Vision. Paid Time Off per Year:
Up to 80 hours per year, occurring on day one. Sick Leave per Year:
Up to 56 hours per year, occurring on day one. Paid Federal Holidays:
Eleven (11) Paid Federal Holidays. Travel:

Employee of our company. Working Hours Work will be scheduled generally from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, there may be times when the employees must work after duty hours and/or on weekends to support specific tasks. Although the schedule may have to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week. Temporary alternate work locations may be assigned. Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Management, or International Relations, Public Policy, Project Management, Engineering or related technical discipline. Duties/Responsibilities: Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills Experience with performance and oversight of Quality Control Program Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting Experience with administrative services like office management, records, human resources support, or procurement Experience analyzing and implementing business processes Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps Proficient in using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance Experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes Understanding of budget management, contractor personnel oversight, and other relevant administrative functions Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events Develop and run various Agency program and financial reports from the Agencys Information Management System(s), including but not limited to status reports on Agency activities; activity statistical reports; contract and final deliverable status reports; periodic listing of library holdings by region and sector; and Agencys financial and program information required for publication in the USTDA Annual Report and/or the USTDA website. Maintain and keep up to date the USTDA Correspondence Procedures Manual for internal document distribution. Assist with the development of the USTDA mailing list. Develop and/or maintain updated USTDA IRC Manual/SOPs. Assist USTDAs Director/Deputy Director of Administration in the update and maintenance of the USTDA Administrative Manual. Provide, organize, and review records disposition data for USTDAs annual Records Management Self-Assessment. Prepare the Agencys response for approval by the Director/Deputy Director of Administration, the annual Records Management Self-Assessment, and other reports required by NARA. The Contractor shall not create or maintain any records that are not specifically tied to or authorized by the contract using Government IT equipment and/or Government records. The Contractor shall not retain, use, sell, or disseminate copies of any deliverable that contains information covered by the Privacy Act of 1974 or that which is generally protected by the Freedom of Information Act.
