Tier 1 Background Investigation - National Agency Check with Lawand Credit Check, and fingerprints. (Standard Form 85). Estimate Pay : $68,000 - $70,000 (negotiable) Type of Employment:
40 hours per week. Period of Performance:
01 November 2025 31 October 2030 (Option to Extend Services) Employee Paid Group Benefits Offered:
Health/Dental/Vision. Paid Time Off per Year:
Up to 80 hours per year, occurring on day one. Sick Leave per Year:
Up to 56 hours per year, occurring on day one. Paid Federal Holidays:
Eleven (11) Paid Federal Holidays. Travel:

Employee of our company. Working Hours Work will be scheduled generally from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, there may be times when the employees must work after duty hours and/or on weekends to support specific tasks. Although the schedule may have to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week. Temporary alternate work locations may be assigned. Mandatory Qualifications Minimum of an Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 10 years of relevant work experience At least 5 years of records management experience, including Freedom of Information Act information management Experience in creating and implementing records management policies, procedures, and retention schedules Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff Strong computer skills (database, word processing, and data entry skills) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to innovative and quality customer service Physical ability to move large number of files and/or file boxes Experience with Records Management; Records Management training, or certificate, preferred Experience with administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or policies and procedures Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Ability to identify and resolve complex problems **Copies of all

careers@fidelitypartners.org. Duties/Responsibilities: Records Management & Central Agency Files (CAF) Maintain and organize USTDAs Central Agency Files (CAF) in both physical and electronic formats. Inventory, scan, label, and archive documents for easy access via shared directories and intranet. Assist staff in identifying and incorporating documents into the CAF database. Ensure compliance with USTDAs file retention policies and federal records standards. Document Intake, Processing & Quality Control Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for records management activities. Receive official documents from staff and initiate creation of new files. Develop file structures, circulate materials, control access, and maintain quality assurance. Integrate working files into official records in accordance with agency procedures. Electronic Records & Email Management Oversee disposition and maintenance of electronic files and email records, including those stored in the Information Resource Center (IRC). Establish and maintain records schedules for digital content in compliance with NARA requirements. Archiving & NARA Compliance Act as liaison with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Ensure agency records disposition, transfer, and archiving meet federal standards. Conduct annual reviews and propose updates to the Agency's Records Schedule. Lead efforts to revise and implement approved changes to records schedules. Staff Onboarding & Offboarding Support Provide records management briefings to all incoming federal and contract staff. Conduct exit interviews and certify records disposition for departing employees. Assess and manage offboarding staff records, ensuring permanent records are handled appropriately. Information Systems & Data Management Input and update data in USTDAs Information Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, TDAMIS). Organize and verify fiscal, programmatic, contract, and grant data prior to system entry. Collaborate with CIO/Deputy CIO to test and improve system functionality. Generate and deliver data reports as requested. Library Holdings & Report Inventory Maintain USTDAs library holdings database, including feasibility studies and mission reports. Segregate public and confidential documents and ensure accurate inventory. Provide biannual library holdings analysis reports with executive summaries for agency website publication. Agency-Wide Records Oversight Plan and conduct biannual records clean-up initiatives. Train staff on records management policies, procedures, and best practices. Inventory and schedule annual transfer of records for archiving or storage. Maintain and revise inventory of records stored at NARA.
