Receptionist
to support front desk operations in
Redmond, WA . This is a
full-time, onsite position , operating
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm . This position starts as a
3-month contract opportunity
with the potential to extend and pays
$20 per hour . This position is ideal for someone with a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a corporate environment. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and secure experience. This is a great opportunity for a polished, self-motivated individual with at least one year of front desk or customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities • Greet and check in all visitors, ensuring proper registration and compliance with site protocols • Print and issue visitor badges using internal systems • Respond to guest inquiries and provide directions or general assistance • Act as a point of contact for safety and security concerns, escalating as needed • Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry, log maintenance, and basic reporting • Maintain a courteous and professional presence at the front desk at all times
Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or related customer service role • Strong communication and customer service skills • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer functions • Ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a professional environment
Nice to Have • Prior experience working in commercial real estate, corporate offices, or facilities support • Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a larger team • A positive attitude and proactive approach to daily tasks
