Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Welcome and check in visitors, ensuring compliance with registration and site protocols.
- Badge Printing: Issue and manage visitor badges using designated systems to ensure secure access.
- Guest Assistance: Provide directions, information, and general support to visitors and guests.
- Safety & Security Coordination: Act as a point of contact for security matters, escalating issues when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform routine administrative duties such as record keeping, data entry, and maintaining visitor activity logs.
- Professional Presence: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while representing the company at the front desk.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or related role.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in Microsoft Office tools.

- 1 round: Onsite and/or Virtual interview.
