About the Role A prestigious international financial institution in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a bilingual

Spanish-speaking Contract IT Project Manager

to lead datacenter migration efforts and support audit remediation initiatives. This long-term contractor requires strong documentation skills, vendor coordination experience, and a foundational understanding of IT systems. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working in regulated environments.

Responsibilities Analyze and prepare IT contracts with software/hardware vendors Develop project documentation (RFI, RFPs, SOW) Manage IT projects using Agile and traditional methodologies Oversee compliance with IT audit findings Handle administrative and documentation aspects of IT initiatives Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Experience managing IT projects in regulated environments Familiarity with financial services workflows and New York compliance standards Strong documentation and vendor coordination skills Foundational understanding of IT systems (software development, networking, server infrastructure) Recognized project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
