Responsibilities Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, catering to both English and Spanish-speaking customers. Consultative Sales: Understand clients insurance needs and provide solutions that align with their financial goals and coverage requirements. Policy Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products and services that may benefit clients. Community Involvement: Participate in community outreach and events to strengthen the agency's presence and foster positive client relationships. Claims Assistance: Assist clients in understanding and navigating the claims process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English, Spanish or Polish, with excellent communication skills in both languages. License: Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related customer service roles is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients. Customer Service: A keen interest in assisting clients and understanding their needs to provide suitable solutions. Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve sales targets. Motivation: Highly motivated to achieve personal and team goals by building clientele and fostering relationships. Organization: Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client information. Technology: Proficient with CRM systems and common office software to manage customer interactions and data.
