About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring needs within a mission-driven organization. This is a contract opportunity through the end of the year, with potential to extend into early next year.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative, and able to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver excellent recruiting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage 4–6 requisitions at a time, primarily associate and analyst-level roles. Oversee the complete recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Review and manage a high volume of applications, strategically identifying top talent. Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate pipelines and track progress (Workday experience preferred). Ensure positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers through timely, professional communication. Partner with peers and stakeholders to uphold recruiting best practices.
Qualifications: 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency). Strong ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience using ATS platforms (Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, or Taleo). Background recruiting in non-profit or mission-driven environments a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to guide and support first-time hiring managers. Proven ability to manage high applicant volume while staying organized and intentional. Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented with strong integrity and follow-through.
Additional Details: Contract role through December 2025, with possibility to extend into Q1 2026. Perks: Hybrid schedule with flexibility around start/end times.
