This position will be located in our Itasca, IL office 5 days a week. Position Overview: Prospect the Company’s current client base for repeat business and other lead generating sources provided by the Company for new clients looking for equipment financing, working capital and insurance. The tools used will be telephone, email, and digital marketing campaigns. Input/manage the Salesforce vendor, client, and lead database. Provide value added contributions for inside and outside Business Development Managers. Compensation plan will be a competitive base salary plus a commission program for lead generation and conversion.
Commitment to Internal Control: The incumbent accepts the responsibility for establishing and maintaining the internal control system associated with the essential duties and responsibilities of the functional areas that the incumbent manages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s value proposition & cross selling verticals. Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form. Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the targeted audience. Ability to persist despite slow and uncertain progress. Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity to build rapport.
KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators): Execute Salesforce activities assigned to customers in MHCA customer lifecycle. Make a minimum of 50 contacts per day. Prospect for new clients daily. Daily lead follow-up.

Qualifications: Competencies: Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience) 0-2 years of similar professional experience Demonstrate ability to successfully generate sales opportunities.
Licensing and Certification: N/A
Tools and Equipment Used: Personal computer, copier, phone, and other typical office equipment
Working Hours: Hours may vary and may require some evening work; frequently requires working 40-45 hours/week depending on business needs.
Travel: Travel will be infrequent in this role. 
Physical Demands: Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment Light lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc. Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person. Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move from one office location to another.

The position is (non-exempt) and the salary will be between $44,000.00 and $52,900.00 with an opportunity to earn commission.
