Overview CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Customer Service Coordinator I.

High school graduate or equivalent Description As a Customer Service Coordinator I, you will serve as the first line of contact on the 800# phone line, working directly with North American customers and various Life Sciences teams, including Sales, Accounting, New Accounts, Complaints, Pricing, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Distribution. You will handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring world-class customer service by managing orders, troubleshooting issues, and building strong relationships internally and externally. Requirements

Handle incoming customer orders and inquiries via phone and email.

Manage a high volume of case activities in Salesforce.com.

Accurately process orders and provide information related to inventory, pricing, technical inquiries, and shipping.

Proactively resolve customer concerns and accommodations using sound judgment.

Assist with complaint resolution and maintain updated dealer/customer profiles in PeopleSoft.

Ensure timely follow-up with both customers and internal teams.

Attend required product and technical training sessions.

Required Qualifications

Education High school graduate or equivalent.

Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or cross-functional commercial experience (call center experience preferred).

Ability to manage high work volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and web-based tools.

Ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and ability to meet/exceed department metrics.

Adaptability in a changing environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

Desired Experience Experience in Life Sciences or a related industry.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft Order Management or comparable systems.

Salesforce.com case management experience.

Soft Skills Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

Positive, dependable, and energetic with a strong work ethic.
