Territory Sales Manager – Community Outreach & High-Income Potential

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated

Territory Sales Manager

to expand our presence in small-town communities across United States. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives on face-to-face connections, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact.

Each week, you will travel to a new town in your territory to develop and maintain relationships with local business leaders and community influencers

while representing our mission through outreach, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with local business leaders and community influencers. Prospect and close new partnerships while re-engaging past participants. Represent our mission at local events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and communication. Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistent brand visibility. Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in

sales, community relations, or field outreach . Proven “hunter” mentality with strong closing skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel extensively (5 days/week, visiting 1–2 towns per week). Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives. Comfortable with CRM platforms and digital communication tools. Desired Traits

Choose between:

Weekly guaranteed pay with an end-of-month commission settle-up, or 100% straight commission for maximum earning potential.

Earning Potential:

$60,000 to $100,000+ annually for top performers. Comprehensive Benefits:
