to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to interviewing and hiring candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers. Assist in developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract candidates. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its job openings. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
