Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant for a commercial property management client in Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry leaders who are shaping the future of property management. The position is full-time and 100% onsite, with parking provided. Responsibilities
Respond to tenant questions and requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and special events for multiple teams. Code invoices and assist with projects as assigned by the Property Manager, Engineering Manager, and Property Accountant. Provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Manage document workflows, including creating purchase order requests and verifying vendor COIs. Update LOB, Vendor, and Staff Contact lists while maintaining office systems and general organization. Compose various documents such as agreements, correspondence, and reports as requested. Upload documents to SharePoint and screen incoming calls, forwarding those requiring further attention. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree preferred. Two or more years of experience in an administrative role in a professional office environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel experience; Nexus experience preferred. Experience in budgetary and invoice coding preferred. Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits

The salary range for this position is $25 to $26 per hour and is a temp to hire opportunity.
