We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lewisville, Texas. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project execution, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining timelines to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate proactively with project managers to address potential issues and ensure smooth project progression.
• Oversee the timely ordering and receipt of project materials to ensure all components are available as needed.
• Facilitate the exchange of pertinent information across internal teams to maintain alignment and meet deadlines.
• Monitor project milestones and provide updates to teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed at each stage.
• Review and analyze engineering drawings, renditions, and Bills of Materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track the progress of orders and verify incoming material status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support the management team by handling additional assignments as required.
